It has been snowing here a lot. I like snow but part of me is sad that we will never get as much snow as I remember us getting when I was a kid since I have gained some height since then.
Also, I sort of wish I lived some part of the country where you could get snowed in. Alas, I live in the inner city of a larger midwest city and work in a first ring suburb. I am pretty sure we would have to get 3 or 4 feet of snow before I couldn't make it to work.

I hate when I forget my phone at home. I feel so disconnected to the world even though I don't really get that many phone calls.
My weekend ruled.
Friday
gwangi took me to True Thai for dinner where I had the green curry and Zach had the Pad Thai. He got it "Thai Spicy" and I have never seen him that shade of red.
Saturday I went to "Cycling to the Movies" with
damncutekitty and
lisianthia. The movie was Ironman, which was really fun. Then I went to lunch at the Mall of America with Jens. Then
damncutekitty,
lisianthia,
gwangi and I went to Super Walmart in Brooklyn Park because Zach had heard that you can get crawdad tails there. It was a really trip where we were dorks.
Sunday I spent most of the day cleaning and watching movies. Then a bunch of people (about 15) came over for a Superbowl party. Zach made gumbo and Crystal made red beans and rice and we had a lot of beer and treats. The best point of the night was when we realized that Zach's team, the Saints, were going to win and he didn't know how to react. Plus my house is really clean now, which makes me pretty happy. :D

Does anyone need a duvet/comforter? I have this one from Ikea that I don't need anymore. It is a couple years old but it is in good shape.
